Research Activities
We develop and apply new methods and data acquisition schemes for proteomics focusing on bottom-up mass spectrometry-based proteomics. This enables the large scale identification and quantification of proteins in biological samples such as tissues, bodily fluids and cells. Our aim is to increase the sensitivity, throughput and robustness of mass-spectrometry to harness proteomics for biology and clinical applications.
